At Advercore Agency, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our professional services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, our refund policy is structured as follows:
Service Commencement
Once a service agreement has been signed and the initial strategy or discovery phase has commenced, the initial deposit or first monthly retainer fee is non-refundable. This covers the labor and resource allocation required to initiate professional accounts and strategic planning.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly management fees are billed in advance. If you wish to cancel your services, you must provide written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or for services already rendered.
Ad Spend
Please note that all “Ad Spend” paid directly to platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn) is non-refundable by Advercore Agency. These funds are paid to third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
