All strategy documents, creative assets, and reports will be delivered via secure digital channels (Email, Google Drive, or Slack). There are no physical shipping costs associated with our core marketing services.
Physical Goods
In the rare event that physical brand collateral (e.g., printed brand books, physical prototypes, or promotional merchandise) is ordered through our agency, the following applies:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on weight and destination at the time of checkout or invoicing.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the physical item has been dispatched from our printing partner or headquarters at Place.
